I’m a managing director at Blumberg Capital, a 700M US based venture capital firm out of San Francisco, and head of the firm’s Tel Aviv office. I’ve been involved in the Israeli tech market for more than 19 years now, as well as being very active in the European and Japanese technology markets. My strong background and experience resulted in successful sourcing and investing in Israeli companies from seed to growth. I serve as board member in some of Israel’s fastest growing companies such as Credorax, Yotpo, ZooZ, Solomoto, Namogoo, Apester and others. I’m also very involved as investor in other fast growing companied such as Fundbox, Biocatch, Forstcale, Insights and others. My investment focus on SW companies from the Cyber, Fintech, SaaS and Enterprise sectors.

 

I began my career as founder & CEO of Sales Gate International (SGI) – a corporate development firm with offices in London, Tokyo and Tel Aviv. My client list included Vodafone Group, British Telecom, Internix Japan, NTT group, Softbank and Fujisoft as well as more than a hundred Israeli tech companies in various stages, in the fields of technology innovation and inorganic growth. I specialize in technology hunting, private corporate investment and acquisition. During my career, I created opportunities for companies interested in business expansion into the European and Japanese markets, assisting my clients, in successfully navigating through the complex buy-cycles of the most prestigious vendors worldwide. I have maintained relations with Europe’s and Japan’s top Operators and Media companies and presently act as the Israeli representative for technology scouting for British Telecom and IAG group.
